Definitions

The Service: All cloud services provided by the platform including appointment management, bookings, customers, staff, notifications, reports, and integrations. The Client: The person, establishment, or entity that registers, subscribes to, or uses the platform.
Scope of Service
The platform provides a cloud-based system for managing and operating appointments, bookings, services, staff, customers, branches, notifications, reports, and related integrations. The platform operates as a technical operations management tool and is not a party to any contractual or commercial relationship between the client and their end customers.
Account Creation
The client must provide accurate and updated information when creating an account. The client bears responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials, passwords, and all activities conducted through their account. The company reserves the right to suspend or cancel any account containing inaccurate or misleading data.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for using the platform in a systematic and lawful manner, maintaining confidentiality of login data, ensuring accuracy of entered data, obtaining necessary approvals from end customers, and not using the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
Acceptable Use
It is prohibited to use the platform for: violating applicable laws, sending unauthorized messages, attempting to hack or disrupt the platform, impersonating any entity, reselling the service without written approval. The company may take appropriate action including suspension or termination upon violation.
Fees and Subscriptions
Subscription fees are subject to the prices and features advertised on the website or current offers at the time of subscription. The company may modify prices, packages, features, or usage limits as it deems appropriate.
Payment and Renewal
The client agrees to pay fees according to their chosen plan. In case of non-payment, the company may suspend or restrict services until outstanding amounts are resolved.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the platform, including software, designs, interfaces, trademarks, logos, and content, are owned by Sutum Information Technology Company or licensed to it. No part may be copied without prior written approval.
Data Ownership
Client data and end customer data remain the property of the client. The company does not acquire any ownership rights over such data except as necessary to operate the system and provide support.
Backup and Data Protection
The company makes reasonable efforts to protect data and provide appropriate backups. However, the company does not guarantee absolute prevention of data loss, and clients are advised to maintain their own backups of important data.
Third-Party Services
Some platform features may depend on third-party services including messaging, email, or cloud infrastructure. The company is not responsible for any disruption caused by these external services.
Healthcare Services
The platform may be used by healthcare establishments. The platform is not an approved electronic medical record system unless explicitly stated. The client is responsible for compliance with healthcare regulations.
Availability and Maintenance
The company strives to provide the highest level of reliability. However, services may be temporarily interrupted due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the company is not liable for: loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, indirect or consequential damages. The company's direct liability is limited as permitted by applicable law.
Force Majeure
The company is not liable for any delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, fires, floods, internet outages, cyber attacks, or government decisions.
Account Termination

Governing Law
